By registering as an affiliate of Oxford’s Voices (operated by Elliott Wave International), you agree to the following Operating Agreement:
Affiliate Operating Agreement
These are the complete terms and conditions for joining our Affiliate program. “We” and “Our” means Elliott Wave International and “you” means the Applicant. “Program” means this Affiliate Program. “Site” means a World Wide Web site. “Content” means text and graphics. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice. Notification of such changes will be located on our main Affiliate web page.
1. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the program you’ll need to complete an EWI Affiliate Application (above). We reserve the right to decline and remove enrollment into the program at our discretion. As soon as your application is accepted you’ll enjoy all affiliate benefits.
2. Benefits
- Website-Building Content. We give you content to help you build your website. The content is 100% original insight that you cannot get from any newswire or feed. Full instructions for posting content are included in the members section of the affiliate portal.
- Commissions for Sales of Elliott Wave International Products. Our commission structure is by far one of the most generous out there. Whenever a visitor from your site buys or subscribes to most of our products or services, you earn up to 100% commission on the first month. See our Commission Schedule for more details.
Commission checks are issued once a month 40 days after the sale. This is to make sure that the customer doesn’t cancel the service or return the product during our money-back period. For an automatically generated commission payment to be issued, your cumulative commission balance must be at least $100. Due to an increase in international check fraud, we’re requiring all of our non-U.S. affiliates be paid via PayPal.
All content remains the property of Elliott Wave International. You are free to post whatever content you like from the Affiliate Portal. If you want to post content from any other EWI location, or if you want to post affiliate content in a different form than outlined in the affiliate portal, you must get written approval. Please send an email to affiliates@elliottwave.com for such requests.
Each link provided by EWI has an Affiliate ID attached. Please read posting instructions carefully. We can’t track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL.
3. Restrictions
Compliance Requirements: Affiliate cannot advertise EWI as a trading advisor, and the Affiliate cannot promise profits.
Search Engine Marketing. EWI runs search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on the most popular search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing); therefore, we ask our affiliates not to run SEM campaigns for EWI products and services.
4. Terminations
Both EWI and the Affiliate can end the relationship at any time. The details of this agreement have been designed to ensure the highest quality relationship between Elliott Wave International and its valued Affiliates. Hopefully we have demonstrated our obligations to you as well as the multiple benefits designed for you to become a highly prosperous Affiliate.
